When I started my fitness journey my main objective was just to remain in somewhat decent shape. And the age I started, I ate pretty much whatever I wanted chips, cookies, cakes, pies and anything else unhealthy. Later down the line I realize I wasn't making any progress even though I was still able to run half marathon, 15K, 10k even a 5k.
After researching,I realize healthy eating and progressive overload was going to give me the best results for my body type. When I start implementing those techniques that's when I started seeing my body transform.
My clients goals is my main objective. I would like to see them achieve as many goals as possible during the duration of the workouts that we do together or online. I'm here as a coach, to be motivational, have enthusiasm, and provide that extra push that everyone needs in the fitness world. I support all my clients mentally, physically or even emotionally.
